Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard or zoom.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across this site.
What we do
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
- Text is real text, not pictures of text, and the page can be zoomed.
- All content can be read without the animations. If your device is set to reduce motion, the animations stay off.
- Form fields have labels, and form errors are announced in words, not color alone.
- Decorative demo screens are hidden from screen readers so they do not get in the way.
Known limits
The demo screens on our home page show sample conversations that change on a timer. The same information is in the page text around them. We keep testing and fixing what we find.
