Program description

Red Tip Automation sends text messages to people who ask us to contact them, for example by submitting the booking form on our website with their phone number. Texts can include replies to your request, scheduling your call, follow-up about your free audit or quote, and service updates if you become a client.

This page covers texts sent by Red Tip Automation itself. When we run texting for a client business, those messages are sent in that business's name, under that business's own consent and terms, and are registered for that business.

How you opt in

You opt in when you give us your mobile number and check the "OK to text me" box on our booking form, or when you ask us to text you. The box is optional and starts unchecked. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking a call or buying anything from us.

Message frequency varies based on your request and our conversation with you.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
